Learning outcomes
On completing this subject, in addition to the core subject Fundamentals of Restructuring, Insolvency and Turnaround, participants will receive an Advanced Certification in Insolvency from ARITA, and satisfy the education requirements to obtain Professional Membership of ARITA. Completion of this subject meets the specialist insolvency education requirements to become a registered liquidator or registered trustee.

- This course is delivered entirely online. A computer with high-speed internet connection is essential to access the online UTS library databases and the online Learning Management System used to deliver the course content (Canvas).
Course delivery
This UTS short course is taught entirely online with no on-campus attendance or official contact hours. Participants should allow 10-12 hours per week to complete the course requirements. This course runs for 12 weeks plus a one-week mid-session break and a one-week study break.

By enrolling in this course, participants give consent for UTS to disclose relevant enrolment information, including final results, to ARITA in order to verify that prerequisites have been met and confirm participants’ academic progress toward completion of the University component of the ARITA Advanced Certification.

Your enrolment will be confirmed immediately when paying with a credit or debit card via our secure online portal.
Alternatively, ABN holders can request an invoice for payment by EFT. Please note that an enrolment via invoice will remain in Pending status until the payment has been reconciled in UTS accounts; we recommend allowing at least 3 working days after your organisation makes the Electronic Funds Transfer for receipt to be confirmed.
